Heather's mission is to provide the highest quality of natural healing through therapeutic massage treatments. She is a chronic pain specialist with experience treating Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD), headaches, migraines, neck tension, shoulder and back pain, and sciatic discomfort.
Over the years Heather has used therapeutic massage to alleviate her own discomfort and restore muscle tissue and range of motion.  Beginning with an old shoulder injury from her teen years to later alleviating symptoms from Temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD),  pregnancy discomforts, postpartum recovery, and much more.  
Heather became a specialist in treating TMJD (jaw pain and headaches), neck, shoulder, back and hip (sciatic) because of her first hand experience and has helped countless individuals over the years to achieve similar results.  Seeing and experiencing these results over the years drives Heather to continue on her mission to prove that massage therapy works!

Table Thai Massage

Preforming traditional Thai massage techniques on the massage table. Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines, and assisted yoga postures.

Essential Energy Massage

This treatment uses a series of essentials oils that are dropped on the back to create a calming of the central nervous system, combined with massage and energy work to align the energy centers of the body. Essential Energy massage is a healing technique using pure essential oils. This treatment combines aromatherapy, massage, tuning forks and moist heat to create healing and cleansing through structural and electrical alignment to the body. The purpose of the therapy is to bring total balance, harmony and overall well-being.

Massage Therapy for TMJ Disorders

Your temporomandibular joint is a hinge that connects your jaw to the temporal bones of your skull, which are in front of each ear. It lets you move your jaw up and down and side to side, so you can talk, chew, and yawn. Problems with your jaw and the muscles in your face that control it are known as temporomandibular disorders (TMD). Massage techniques can help reduce pain and discomfort associated with TMJ disorders.

This was my first appointment with Heather. She was amazing! I've seen many therapists over the last 15 years and she is probably my favorite! Her office is peaceful and a professional atmosphere. She knows her stuff ! I needed a deep tissue massage not a lite put you to sleep massage and Heather came thru . I bet though if you need a lite massage though,she would be excellent at that too !
