I am a licensed and board certified massage therapist with over 19 years of experience. My practice has taken me to a variety of different locations including chiropractor offices, fitness centers, spa centers, wellness programs, schools, businesses and personal homes. My therapy style can be characterized as “eclectic”—incorporating Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy, and Myofascial release into my sessions as needed.  I enjoy working with people of all ages and like to emphasize the importance of communication to develop a comfortable environment and trusting relationship with every client. It is my focus to provide each individual with the best treatment that fits their needs.
