I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist. I completed an Associate's Degree in Sports Medicine and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. I took several advanced classes in Biomechanics and Kinesiology, giving me a solid foundation of how the body moves and why. I understand how important it is for your body to move smoothly and without pain. I've been active in sports in one form or another my entire life and developed a keen interest in human movement and injury management at a young age.
 
As a personal trainer I was able to help a  variety of people, from athletes to people with debilitating conditions, achieve their fitness goals by understanding how their body works. In 2010, I realized I could do a lot more with the education I had already received by also becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. Massage allows me to combine my passion for human movement with massage techniques to address: your trigger points, areas of decreased range of motion, and pain to keep your body moving.
