I'm a licensed massage therapist, a certified Zen Shiatsu practitioner and Reiki Master.  I attended Zen Shiatsu Chicago, the premier Shiatsu program in the U.S.

I've been practicing for several years in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago, and have provided hundreds of sessions to a wide range of clients with a variety of health-related conditions including arthritis, multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, mobility issues and other ailments.

I am drawn to eastern healing methods because they are by holistic in nature. All aspects of the person are incorporated into treatment, including the physical, the emotional, and the spiritual, to promote optimal health.  I believe there is no more powerful medicine than human touch that is both compassionate and strategically applied.

I have a MA in Counseling Psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology and has worked in various mental health related settings before becoming involved in Shiatsu and bodywork.  

I am passionate in my pursuit of the healing arts.  I love what I do!
