Ellen is a Licensed Massage Therapist seeking to maximize health and wellness in her clients through Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports, Trigger Point, Geriatric and Chair Massage.
 
A graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, she is happy to be pursuing a dream that provides immediate comfort, peace, and relief to those suffering from chronic pain and stress, and believes the mind-body connection is critical to successful healing.  She actively seeks to provide services that enable individuals to take better care of themselves, and those that they care for, whether it be through increased mobility, sleep quality, overall relaxation, and more.
