Melanie developed an interest in holistic healing and bodywork at a young age and over the years has continued to expand and grow her knowledge in these areas of interest.  Retiring early from a career as a computer engineer, Melanie pursued her interest in healing by obtaining her Chiropractic Therapy Assistant license and then continuing her journey by massage.  With an engineering mind, she has an innate ability to grasp and understand the biomechanics of the body, and combines this with her natural gift of 'knowing.'  Melanie has experience in a broad range of bodywork modalities and incorporates her mechanical and holistic understanding to create her own unique approach to healing.  She also has training in the use of essential oils and is a certified AromaTouch practitioner.
