I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN in 2005 and have had a successful career as a Massage Therapist for over a decade now. Over time I have developed my own style and sense for healing, utilizing a combination of massage modalities and energy healing techniques to customize treatments for my clients.  I am a Virgo - so I go above and beyond in most areas of my life…but especially in my work as a healer and nurturer. 

It is important for me to take the time to work with clients to create an understanding of the goals they are seeking. Whether it is to reduce stress or aid in healing an injury, my approach is to work with you to help create an understanding of where you are in your body, how we can improve the quality of your energy, as well as contribute to the mobility and flow within your movements. My goal is to make healing approachable and provide you with the tools necessary to take the feeling of relief I leave you with into all areas of you life. 

I find myself constantly engaging in the wellness community to expand and grow as a practitioner - which means I owe a lot of credit my yoga practice as well. I completed the Power Yoga Teacher Training program & XP program at Corepower Yoga in Minneapolis, MN in 2014 and believe strongly in the combination of movement and breath. I am passionate about the mind/body connection and take great care to utilize chakra balancing techniques, tarot and yoga philosophies to create the perfect harmony and balance in my client’s lives.

I am grateful for the experience I have gained over the years working with each and every BODY that has graced my table. My dedication to this industry shows how passionately committed I am to leading and influencing a culture devoted to holistic health, and I feel it is my purpose to empower people to feel great about themselves, wherever they are on their healing journey.
