Hello, my name is Nicole Woodard and I am a reiki master at Zen Den in Hinesville. I started learning about reiki around a year ago and it changed my life. I started out as a very shy person with low confidence and it helped me grow into a social butterfly. It has made me aware of myself and the energy around me. My mission is to help people heal physically and mantal/emotionally and enhance their own lives.
