My passion lies in bringing a holistic approach to managing pain with bodywork. I specialize in bamboo deep tissue, pressure points, barefoot massage and myofascial flexibility. I started practicing as a massage therapist in 2017 and my training opened my eyes to how effective massage can be along with healthy movement, nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness. I’m always learning and incorporating new techniques and tools into my routine to bring you the best bodywork I can give.
