You do not need to be an athlete to benefit from a Sports Massage

Lacy began massaging in 2016 after attending Everest Institute in Tigard. The program included Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Points), Myofascial Release, Anatomy & Physiology, and Kinesiology. “I enjoy the challenge of understanding the body-mind connection and how it affects each individual. Each session is geared to ease the opening up of areas that are restricting movement in the body. Massage therapy is rewarding work. It is awesome to see people take care of themselves and feel better from quality bodywork.”

Extensive experience working with body builders, triathletes, dancers, cyclists, swimmers, runners, soccer players, and golfers.

Good level of pressure, more muscle relief than other therapists.

Hate the fact that she makes 90 minutes go so fast. Love her

Lacy always does a phenomenal job. I've beg to dozens of massage therapists, but she's the only one who has taken notes and asked legitimate questions to customize my massage based on current needs and past conditions. She's the only therapist who has truly been able to help me. I'd go in every week if I could.
