As a massage therapist I am humbled to be a part of my clients' self care journey. I believe in honoring all levels and reasons for wellness. In creating an experience of safety and acceptance, I strive to make my sessions a place that invites you to take a moment  to pause, re-energize and release just as you are .My approach to massage is one that is a creative yet focused  balance of observing, listening and curiosity.

The techniques I  utilize  in session vary to become more in tune to each individual and their specific needs. I often find myself blending clinical modalities such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and sports massage with more luxurious spa modalities such as hot stone, cupping and heat therapy to achieve the most effective treatment that speaks to your unique  bodywork goals.
