I was born and raised in Russia. I was always interested in helping people from the time I can remember, which led me to a 4-year degree in general medicine. When I came to the United States, I discovered the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, FL. It was a piece of the puzzle that I was missing in the conventional medical field. 

Being a Massage Therapist allows me to help my clients with issues like chronic pain, which allows them to find relief and recalibrate their pace of life. It is a physiological demand of our bodies to be touched and cared for in a safe and relaxing way, in order to successfully maintain homeostasis. 

I often mix myofascial therapy and relaxation techniques in order to provide a personalized treatment. I offer very general and relaxing sessions, or very precise and focused sessions that my clients may want to address.
