Lisa has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2002. Prior to joining Hillsborough Massage Therapy she maintained a private practice in Montgomery.
She is trained in numerous modalities including Swedish, Myofascial Therapy, Sports Massage, Warm Bamboo Massage, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy. Lisa is a Level Two Lokte Practitioner. Lokte is a deep connective tissue release approach to deep myofascial stretching. These techniques are incorporated to increase flexibility, mobility and relieve pain
Lisa enjoys volunteering her time at various community events. She can be seen with her portable Ashiatsu bars providing pre and post event massage and stretching to participants at events such as Montgomery Run with Rotary 5K, Steeplechase Distance Run, Hillsborough Hop 5K, HRC Charity 5K, and many others.
