In 1998 Kristen moved to Bethel Farm in Hillsborough NH and fell in love with Steve Bethel and the nurturing vibration of the place. Together they began dreaming of a way to share their deepening yoga practice and connection to a holistic way of living. The farm now is a thriving Yoga and Living Arts Center with an ever evolving mission.

Kristen became a licensed massage therapist  in 2014. She worked for several years in the palliative care department at Dartmouth Hitchcock  Hospital in Lebanon NH offering massage and Reiki. Currently Kristen works with the Hands to Heart Project (Compassionate touch for people with cancer) offers massage therapy at Bethel Farm and The Mountain Edge Resort and Spa in Newbury NH.

Kristen continues to expand her knowledge of the body through her personal Yoga practice, Massage therapy practice and continuing education courses. She has continuing education hours in Somatic Experiencing (SE) through the Trauma Institute, and a Cancer, Trauma, Presence  and Touch certificate.
