He has completed seven Ironman-distance triathlons along with 45 marathons and hundreds of other sporting events. Gary combines his athletic experience with his knowledge of Massage Therapy to help you meet your wellness goals.
Gary has also directed several charity runs, including the Hillsborough 5K Resolution Run & Walk and can be frequently seen volunteering at local foot races for pre and post event massages.
