Jeanette Collins graduated in 2015 from The Institute of Holistic Health Careers with a specialty and certified in Ayurvedic Elemental Polarity Reflexology. This style of Reflexology is integrating the ancient art of Ayurvedic Reflexology with modern energetic principals of Polarity, and is based on the concept of balancing the inter-relationship of the five elements: Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Reflexology is suited for all ages and many conditions. 
 

Jeanette is also, an Advanced Reiki Practitioner, Certified from The Reiki Center, the style trained in traditional Usui Reiki from Japan.  Reiki is a light touch healing technique which gently facilitates each person's own ability to find and maintain balance in body, mind and spirit. 

Through balancing energy, the body and mind can relax, the stress and tension can be moved out allowing the energy to freely flow and for healing to take place. Many Clients say they feel euphoric and  Deeply relaxed after a session. Jeanette is invested in balance and well being.  She is also certified in Holistic Health Advising, Aromatherapy, as a Corporate Wellness Coach through the same Institute.
