I am a Colorado native living in Highlands Ranch with my husband and my two sons. I am a 1999 graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I have over 1000 hours of hands-on training and education in several different types of massage including Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Chair/On-Site, Hot Stone, Prenatal and Infant massage. I have a special passion for working with babies and moms, both during and after their pregnancies.

I have previously worked in clinic environments, alongside other therapists, a Chiropractor/ Acupuncturist and a Naturopathic/ Homeopathic Doctor. I have been in private practice in my home in Highlands Ranch since 2002. These experiences and my diverse education, along with the desire to create a tranquil setting for massage, have now led me to work out of my home.

Each massage is specialized for you and your individual needs. I will incorporate several different types of massage in each session to make it most beneficial.

Be a powerful influence in my client’s natural growing and healing processes,
Be a good listener and role model for my clients, and
Assist my client’s and their bodies relaxing, releasing and rejuvenating so they may live the longest, liveliest, and healthiest lives possible.

In order to achieve these goals, I will educate my clients and stay creative and healthy, so that my clients see me as the responsible, trustworthy, caring and educated woman and therapist that I am.
