I have to admit I was skeptical when I went. I have never had an experience where the therapist worked for a whole hour on my arm below the elbow. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and how that would help. I left sore not expecting too much because I know my case would need multiple sessions. However, in the hours after the massage and especially the next day, it felt like I was getting better by the hour. For the first time in weeks, I was able to bend my thumb into a fist and hold my vacuum cleaner and steamer. My range of motion has significantly improved. I'm definitely a believer now.
