I am a Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer.  With 15 years of experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports massage, you are in good hands with me.  I tailor each massage to yield the best benefits for each client. 

My passion lies in three areas: 

  • treating arthritic conditions and fibromyalgia
  • symptoms of neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis
  • Relaxing massage to alleviate stress and restore balance to mind, body, and emotions.
