When Robyn was looking to help her clients become more physically fit, she began fitness training. She found that this created more opportunities to stretch, prepare and rehab her clients. Clients then began requesting more help from Robyn with their weight loss, holistic healthcare and stress management to which she began her journey on health coaching with a focus on nutrition.
