Denise started her Alternative Health Care Career in May of 2005 having completed a course in Aromatherapy with Katherine Graf, a well known aromatherapist in Warwick, NY. She went on to study the Emotional Freedom Technique instructed by ordained minister, Gary Craig, of Sea Ranch, CA. In the Spring of 2007, Denise reached the advanced level of studies in EFT. Denise continued with interest in the energy therapy world and enrolled in a bodywork program at Elements of Wellness School of Massage located in St. Louis, MO. May of 2007. She completed her 800 hour program in May of 2008 and accomplished National Certification and MO License level in July 2008. Denise continued her studies of Reiki reaching Master level in Oct. 2009 during an attunement performed on Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ under the instruction of Reiki Master Teacher, Lucinda Sohn, instructor/coordinator at Elements of Wellness School of Massage in St. Louis, MO. www.eowmassage.com. Denise continued her Reiki studies with Lucinda, finishing a higher level of Reiki known as Karuna Reiki in Oct. 2012. She ordained as a minister through Universal Life Church in April 2010 and completed her associated degree in psychology in Feb. 2012.

Denise has taught Reiki to many students and has performed Reiki during massage sessions that has created the ultimate massage experience. Her client and student base is growing daily. Her goal is to create a wellness center in her area for everyone to enjoy the experience of self care, along with both physical and spiritual awareness.
