She has experience working with individuals with many needs, including but not limited to chronic fatigue, chronic neck and back pain, Fibromyalgia, migraines, repetitive motion injuries, stress and tension related issues. Her specialty is a gentle yet strong mix of Swedish massage, Connective Tissue Therapy and energy work. Intuitive listening is a skill she has mastered over the years and it is reflected in each of her sessions. She takes the time necessary to hear what is ailing each individual and combines appropriate techniques to best resolve the client’s needs and creates a relaxing, healing session.
June 2019 Regan opened her private practice, Kneading Vitality Therapeutic Massage in Henrietta, NY.
