We provide soft-tissue manual therapy with the intention of improving function, reducing pain, and achieving a clinical, measurable outcome based on your unique symptoms and concerns.

The "healing arts," part of Indigo is the artful expression of massage therapy; which blends in perfect balance, the intentional, therapeutic energy work with clinical modalities for treating an array of diagnosed conditions.

Booking Policies:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, we kindly ask for verbal or written notice no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the missed appointment fee (100% of the service cost). A missed appointment fee will incur for no-shows* who do not given notice 24 hours prior to their appointment, or fail to communicate entirely. Please understand that this is because massage therapists are hourly-wadge service providers and may have turned away other clients for your appointment time. 


*Persons that do not show up for their appointment and do not give written or verbal notice of cancellation.
