Mims is very clear on communicating what you want and what she will do. Her applied techniques are comforting as well as healing. She found spots that I didn’t even realize needed help.

Since she is an instructor, she was explaining how the muscles and tendons are connected, which explained why one area affected another. So I appreciated the insight. She was very friendly and respectful.

Julia is gifted beyond explanation. From pressure to music preference, she listens to you (verbal & nonverbal) and adjusts to whatever your mind & body needs. I always leave the studio feeling AHHHmazing and refer all of my friends and associates to her. I could not ask for a better masseuse!!!

Julia is great for your body and mind. You tell her what and where your problem area is, then boom she gets in there and fixes what you right up! While she turns your tight body into goo, and molds you back into a functioning member of society, she has great jokes and insightful conversation. 10/10
