I have continuing education training including but not limited to Deep Tissue, Table Thai, Acupressure, Therapeutic Cupping, Medical Massage, Myofascial Release, and PNF Stretching. I love being a student of the human body and am always looking for new ways to make myself a more efficient medium to help facilitate healing.
