I fell into the massage and bodywork world purely by happenstance, though the community has always resonated with me. As a young teen, I struggled with an autoimmune disorder that left me with chronic pain. I tried every medication possible and found no relief. It was finally through massage, chiropractic care, and nutrition, and a balanced movement practice, including martial arts and yoga, that I was able to return to normal.

I work with people much like myself, that are suffering from chronic pain and stress issues. Most of the bodywork that I do is targeted, therapeutic work. I am also a birth and postpartum Doula, and trained in prenatal massage.

Birth & Postpartum Doula
I have been providing educational, physical and emotional support to women throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. I provide women and their partners with the confidence that good experience brings to be able to rock their birth and grow into the parents they want to be, no matter what that might mean for them. The biggest thing I provide as a Doula is knowledge of all the things that could happen, what is and isn't normal, and nonjugdmental, unbiased support.
