I decided I wanted to be a massage therapist in 2002 after I received my first massage.  I couldn't believe how good I felt.  I don't remember a time before that when I was so relaxed.  At the time, I was looking to take a new direction in my life and had no idea which way to turn.  When my friend and co-worker suggested I get a massage, I couldn't have known how it would completely change my life.  I knew I wanted to do something I loved, that would help people and also allow me to be mobile...

I decided I wanted to be a massage therapist in 2002 after I received my first massage.  I couldn't believe how good I felt.  I don't remember a time before that when I was so relaxed.  At the time, I was looking to take a new direction in my life and had no idea which way to turn.  When my friend and co-worker suggested I get a massage, I couldn't have known how it would completely change my life.  I knew I wanted to do something I loved, that would help people and also allow me to be mobile (I moved around a lot at the time :)).  After a lot of searching, I found my school in Crested Butte, CO - a tiny town in the Rocky mountains that still feels like home, every time I visit.  I finished school in 2004 and worked in CO for 2 years before moving home to WV where I met my love, Daniel.  That year we moved to CA and moved from Reedley, to Lake Tahoe and in 2010, Hayfork.
