Alexandra is a very skilled massage therapist. She is kind and professional. I saw her yesterday because I was in quite a bit of pain, and uncomfortable. My neck felt so much better after my appointment, and continues to feel great, 24 hours afterward!

Bowen Technique wasn't really for me. Wanted more of a massage but that's my fault. Other than that it was excellent.

Initially unfamiliar with the technique, I was surprised by the lack of conversation with each "adjustment", until I realized it was intended to let me focus on my body. Toward the end, when Alexandra began speaking with me, I found her to be very warm, caring, kind, helpful and clearing wanting to help me be better. I continue to be hopeful that it will help my situation.
