I have been a Massage Therapist since 2005 and  a Bowen Practitioner since 2012.  In 2022 I furthered my practice in mind body connection by becoming a certified Yoga and Mindfulness instructor.  

In my massage practice I focus on a variety of techniques that are tailored to my clients needs.

I explained that a cross fit workout left my thighs, hamstrings, and feet aching. She told me exactly what to do and she was very courteous and professional. Felt great afterwards!
