Had a wonderful experience Sunday for my first massage here. Very welcoming, professional and excellent massage. Loved the cupping massage. Never had that before and it was a different feeling but I actually really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back for a massage with Dorathea in the near future!

Sanctuary is just one word that can come close to describing both the atmosphere and Dorothea as my therapist. The atmosphere is soothing and peaceful and so is Dorothea as a therapist. Her hands are very healing and gentle but she is also very strong in the areas my body needs it. Dorothea took the time to thoroughly learn about my situation. I explained the head to toe nerve pain I have been living in for years due to several surgeries and chronic lyme disease. She was able to find a variety of techniques that would not only feel good at the moment but possibly provide further healing. This is the second day after my massage and I truly feel after more than 20 years of suffering through every day, I may have been sent to a true angel. Thank you Dorothea.

When I arrived at Sanctuary I was greeted by "Thea" who immediately exuded her warm and caring persona. I felt as welcomed as a close friend and could see her warmth even though we were masked. We had a brief conversation on my areas of ailment and she informed me as to how she would work the areas as well as the full body. The room, even though "sterile" with cleanliness, was peaceful and serene with soothing scents and calming sounds. Her tableside manner was completely relaxing and caring. The treatment was silent and thoroughly rejuvenating. Knowing that I was rather new at having bodywork, at times she softly spoke of peace and tranquility as she expertly worked her skilled healing. At the end of the experience I felt like I was a new person. She even had bottled water, complimentary jar of her own homemade honey and mints. I felt so relaxed and yet I had a sense of being totally recharged....even as I was backing out in my car, I felt like I could turn my head around like an owl. This was, by far, more healing and caring than the other treatments I have experienced elsewhere. I HIGHLY recommend Sanctuary and will surely return. Tyler F.

I went to SANC-TU-A-RY Holistic Bodywork regarding a pain I felt in my hand, shoulders and a sore arm. Thea ask me questions, listened carefully and dug into those knots. She eliminated my pains and soreness and I feel amazing!!!! I can’t wait to see her again!!!!
