Shannan had the wonderful privilege of studying at the Sister Rosalind Gefre School of Massage, a very highly esteemed school in the industry. Since 2009, she has specialized in deep tissue and sports massage as well as trigger-point therapy in order to help her clients find pain relief and live healthier lives. In her spare time, Shannan loves to stay active, especially with her nephew and her dog Duke.

Shannan really takes the time to listen to how you are feeling and makes sure to address all of the issues. She has worked wonders on my tight shoulders and neck. Even my chiropractor is thrilled with her work as I am able to be adjusted better after my sessions with Shannan. Highly, highly recommend!

I have to mark the highest score for all of these because she is amazing in all the areas.
I really appreciate that when I'm really chatty she will chat and if I'm not talkative she isn't. I always feel comfortable. I also appreciate that She can find the muscles that are tight without me saying anything, that's skill!
