She knows I have trouble with my neck and upper back so she gives that area extra attention. She also asks me when we first get in the room, if I have any certain areas that need attention. She is very professional but personal.

Marcia was so nice and professional. I did not mind working with her at all, I just wish I would have been told she has a lighter touch. I came in for sore muscles/knots in my back and had mentioned to her a few times that’s what I hoped my focus would be and that she could use more of pressure. It was relaxing, but I felt as if I wasted my money as I left with a completely unresolved issue. This is not a knock towards her at all because she is great, it would have just been nice to have been asked what kind of massage I was looking for when booking my appt.
