Hello! My name is Harmon Givens and I am from Hastings, Minnesota. I have lived around this town my whole life and I think it is really a great place, maybe even the best! We have a really great trail system that goes along the Mississippi, so if you come to Hastings, definitely check it out. It is a good way to ground yourself when you're surrounded by nature preserves, rivers, farmlands, historic buildings, and friendly Minnesotan people! 

 I recently graduated from an East-West Massage program at Centerpoint in April of 2015, and I have been practicing bodywork ever since then! I specialize in Shiatsu, Swedish, and Therapeutic massage, although, not many people request Shiatsu because they don't know what it is.

 I'll talk your ear off about Shiatsu if you let me so to sum it up. It is finger pressure that improves your Autonomic Nervous System (The nerve processes that you don't think about, like digesting food), body stretches that increase your flexibility and range of motion, and kneading techniques that harmonize your brain and body together. You get to wear your clothes too!
