I am often asking myself, "Chrissy, what do you want to be when you grow up?" Since I was 5 years old, my answer was a teacher.  After high school I attended the University of WI-Eau Claire and received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I became a teacher for 15 years.

I am often asking myself, "Chrissy, what do you want to be when you grow up?" Since I was 5 years old, my answer was a teacher.  After high school I attended the University of WI-Eau Claire and received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I became a teacher for 15 years.  


When I asked myself that question 8 years ago, the answer was a school principal!  So, I attended St. Mary's University of Graduate Studies and received a Masters in Educational Leadership. I became a principal for 6 years.

When I asked myself this same question 2 years ago, I was surprised.  Massage therapist was the answer!  Then I asked myself, "Why?" 

I fell in love with massage as a client, receiving massage to help manage stress and for pain relief. Nothing is as wonderful as a 90 minute massage with a therapist who connects with you, knows what you need, and cares about your well being. And anyone who works with children in the education profession understands just how fragile your well being can become! 

I realized I wanted to make people feel as wonderful as I felt through massage.  I wanted to slow down a bit, get off the proverbial crazy train, and devote this time of my life to healing myself and my clients through massage and holistic wellness.  So, I attended St. Paul College and received a certificate as a Massage Therapist and a Holistic Nutrition Coach.

My goal as your Massage Therapist is to simply make you feel wonderful, to pamper and heal your body through the art and science of touch. No matter what your needs, massage is an amazing modality that will nurture and heal your mind, body and soul.    Whether you are coming to me on your own or are under the care of a physician or holistic practitioner, together we will create a plan tailored to your specific needs and wellness goals.

Chrissy was AMAZING! I signed up for my next massage with her once we finished. She paid close attention to the fact that I have a ruptured C4/ C5 disc from an automobile accident and helped loosen those tight muscles in/around the area without causing pain. WONDERFUL!
