I saw Ally for problems relating to a frozen shoulder. She has some special skills!! I walked being able to move my shoulder more than I have in the last 6 months. There is now light at the end of a very dark tunnel!! She also used her Bemer (I have one at home) and showed me some new techniques that I have already started using. The Bemer has helped so much also and am glad Ally introduced me to this months ago. I can't say enough good things about her but if you're in pain, please make an appointment, you won't regret it one bit!!

Ally is very cheerful and makes me feel comfortable in her presences. She has a great passion for my well being and it shows in her care for me. She's very knowledgeable with exercises I can do at home for any pains I may have. I feel completely relaxed and renewed when I leave there and patiently wait for my next appointment.
