Massage therapy is the practice that helps me to do that. My style of massage is customized for each client and can include a blend of different modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue and myofascial release with some energy work. The most fulfilling part of my job is seeing clients who come in feeling anxious, depressed or even in pain, leave feeling calm, happy and pain-free.
