Hello and thank you for inquiring about me and my services.  My name is Ahmad Elliott and originally massage therapy was going to be a supplement to my NASM certified personal training.  After my first semester of massage school, my mind opened up and I felt a true calling to help facilitate the healing process our bodies.  I now mainly practice massage therapy with personal training as my supplement.  Graduating from CCMT Newington in 2012 has been life changing and enlightening.  I now practice in Newington, Bloomfield, and also travel upon request in the greater Hartford county mainly.  Chair massage for businesses, private parties, and other events are available upon request.  I work with Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Neuromuscular Therapy, some Cranio-Sacral, and a little energy work.   I adapt to your needs between what you request and what your body tells me it needs.  Thank you for your time and let's get you healthier!
