I was amazed at the way it relaxed not only her but myself as well. Soon after, I began my formal training at Cedar Stone School of Massage and further developed my understanding of the healing and therapeutic power of massage therapy. I am specialized in deep tissue, general therapeutic, shiatsu, myofascial release and especially have a passion for trigger point release. Through these modalities my goal is to create balance and positivity in the body by relieving stress and anxiety, reducing pain, and improving sleep.

Kaitlyn has excellent pressure and a very rhythmic, calming approach to massage. She listened to my needs and paid attention to my “problem” areas as requested. I would absolutely book with her again!

So happy to have found Kaitlyn after an MT I had seen on and off for years moved away. Kaitlyn is an exceptional Massage Therapist and has helped me both before and after surgery in terms of relaxation as well as muscle function (hard for them to work when they're stuck in spasm!). Kaitlin listened closely during my assessment and paid close attention to my problem areas. Her deep tissue massage is firm without being overwhelming. I was still Abe to relax while she worked on some pretty narley knots!
