I focus on Pain and Stress Management as well as Massage Therapy and Body Work.   I am fully Certified and Licensed and insured in the State of Michigan.  I use the  relaxation techniques of Hypnotherapy and Therapeutic  Massage as well as Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Positional Release, Heat Therapy (Hot Paraffin Wax) and Hot Stone Massage to ease your pain and discomfort due to illness or injury.   By  combining these modalities of  therapy  you will receive one of  the best  treatments to help with pain relief possible.  Many times pain can be caused or worsened by stress.  When the body  is stressed it  causes Anxiety.  Anxiety can cause more stress and this can cause pain to  become worse and the cycles continues.  Areas of injury become more inflamed and this continues causing even more pain.   Using hypnosis and by me teaching you self  hypnosis, you can learn to relaxed breaking  this  stressful cycle and in most instances reduce your  pain.  Receiving a Therapeutic Massage can relax muscles that are involved in causing the pain as well as relaxing the entire body making it easier  to sleep and get a good nights rest.  By working with your doctor or physical therapist we can help improve the areas that are causing  you  the pain.  Circulation can be improved to the painful  area,  and muscles can be worked to prevent further atrophy.   Along with using hypnotherapy  and the other techniques such as AromaTherapy, you can manage your stress and manage your pain better.    Even just a  relaxing massage will relax you and can help you manage your stress and make you   feel better and sleep better at night.
