About Pattsi:

Born in Torrance California but raised around the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona the love of nature was taught at a very young age. I enjoyed hunting, snow skiing, camping, cutting wood, and growing vegetable gardens. As a child I enjoyed raising all kinds of animals to including a skunk and monkey. Growing up I played all types of sports and found Track (distant running) to be my favorite.

Outdoors I find my peace while praise and worshiping and enjoying all Gods beautiful nature. Hobbies/training/competing such as all levels of triathlons, cycling, trail/ultra runs, road runs, kayaking, hiking, camping, mountain biking.

I became a certified Massage Therapist in 2004 at Therapeutic Massage School in Marquette Michigan. 2005 I received my Texas Massage License, attended LMT Success Group certified as Medical Massage Practitioner. 2009 Academy of Lymphatic Studies CMLD/CDT.

At one of the Triathlons, I was competing in there was a tent for massage and ART (Active Release Technique) for the triathletes to receive. I already knew what massage was all about, but I had not heard of ART before, so I signed up, I was hooked. I had to know more about the technique.  In 2014 I became a certified ART provider. ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue/movement-based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART.

It is very important to me to continue learning and taking continued educational classed to give each client the best treatment I can. Here are the massage modalities that I am certified in;

Medical Massage, ART (Active Release Technique), Sports Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation).

Pattsi always does so AMAZING work on my tight leg muscles. I just had a session with her prior to my 100-mi race! NOW, I’m ready! 🥰🥰

I have had a few different deep tissue massages to include cupping, and chiropractic care hoping to help with some pain I’ve had since 2010 and more recent postpartum issues I’ve been having. I thought they were great! But after seeing Patti I finally realized they were no where near as great as this!! I got a deep tissue massage and OMG. The online form you fill out before you go in, there is a spot to put all of your concerns/spots that bother you. Patti literally hit EVERY spot I mentioned in our hour session. Before my massage I could not look up at the sky without intense neck/shoulder pain (only 27 years old). Day after massage, and I’m a little sore like Patti said I would be, but I can still look up at the sky without the intense pain I had before! SO worth it! Highly highly recommend! I cannot wait to go back.

Pattsi is extremely skilled at deep tissue and sports massage. I came to her after being dissatisfied with the consistency of service at a massage franchise. She helped remove knots from multiple muscle groups. I will be a regular.

Pattsi is very professional and her massages are truly intense, but the benefits are wonderful. The ambiance of her office is calm and soothing, she has amazing skill, and her professionalism is without question, the best I have ever experienced.
