Rachel is amazing! I have been seeing her for NAET have experienced the most incredible results. No more phlegm after eating eggs, improved flexibility, and a much better awareness of my own body, which has helped me adapt better to my body’s day to day needs- even my chiropractor was shocked! Years of hips out of alignment- gone after NAET! My hips have remained even four months after the first treatment (they hadn’t stayed even in years). Rachel did such an amazing job of explaining everything. It’s not woo-woo; it has scientific foundation. I’m excited to keep making new discoveries of healing as I continue NAET with her.

I had a 60-minute integrative massage with Rachel yesterday at Northern Light Holistic Healing, and it was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive, and I truly felt like she helped me connect with my body on a much deeper level. I left feeling grounded, relaxed, and aligned.
