I have been a massage therapist since 2006.  My certification in orthopedic massage in 2008 from James Waslaski revolutionized my practice.  I work to relieve pain by balancing muscles and restoring motion.  I have worked with soldiers, athletes and people of all ages.  I welcome the challenge of teaching people how to help themselves through stretching and strengthening.

I had a sore achilles tendon, injured 6 months ago. I occasionally limped from the pain. The masseur, recommended by my chiropractor, had a gentle touch backed with a thorough knowledge of musculature. She had successfully relieved my frozen shoulder a couple of years back. Her presence was calming and her touch eased sore muscles surrounding the tendon. Again I felt relieved. I'm grateful this masseur is in our community of healers.

Laura was incredibly accommodating and able to get me scheduled the same day, which I truly appreciated. She was knowledgeable, personable, and made the experience very comfortable. I did feel relief after my massage and look forward to continuing treatments here. If possible, I would love to explore a deeper level of deep tissue work in future sessions. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m excited to continue my care with this team.

I've been going to Laura since 2024, and she's helped me from prenatal massage to stress management massage. She's so good, and thorough. I've never been to the same masseuse for this long before and can't say enough great things about her.
