Stacy Shannon was born in Hampton. Growing up, she always had a passion for helping others improve their health naturally. Stacy became interested in doing so through massage, so she pursued and graduated with a license in massage from Centura College. Stacy now loves what she does and knows that with her massage, that she can make a significant difference in getting patients better. Stacy's particular interests are performing deep tissue, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy massage. Stacy loves painting on canvas and going to the beach in her spare time.
