Being a Navy spouse I moved to Virginia from Ohio and am beginning my new career in Holistic Practices as BeWell~Therapeutic's new Office Manager and Lifestyle Wellness Trainee. Currently, I am enrolled in the Integrative Nutrition Program through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. My hope is to help clients learn healthier ways of eating and how foods can benefit or harm their bodies over time.
