Dawnielle's passion for massage began when she was very young. Her sister was always conning her into giving her "back rubs" and she found that she truly loved seeing the relief she could help provide. Being a single mom, Dawnielle found herself working in the optical field beginning in her late teens. The need to provide for her newborn son made her put massage on the back burner for the time being. She continued in the optical field for 18 years, as a highly skilled, sought after Optician.

In 2012, her father in law lost his battle with colon cancer. Only a short year later, her own father lost his battle with lung cancer. "Sometimes it takes the worst times of our lives for us to realize we must cherish and then go and make the most of our lives." And so her passion for finding balance and peace made its way to the forefront of her life again.

In 2014 she began attending Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Urbandale, Iowa, during the evenings as she continued to work as an Optician. She graduated in 2016 and relocated to Florida shortly after. After a few short years, family called her back home to Iowa.
