The reason why I decided to become a Licensed Massage Therapist was to help those who are injured and sore and stressed out. I started at a young age and taught my self some things about massage. The techniques that I find myself using more in massage is the medium pressure with trigger point work while relaxing the body. I find this to be effective in most of my massages. I massage a lot of neck and shoulder pain/discomfort. I find that I am most useful with any injury of the neck and shoulder.

This job is mostly me traveling around to clients who can't find the time go out to receive a massage to help reduce stress levels and tension throughout the body.

Helps me ease into the muscles easier by manipulating the skin tissue that may be stuck into place, also allowing any trigger points and adhesions in the muscle to be broken up.

Allows me to relax the body and to find the areas of most pain that may cause another area in the body to be in some pain as well. This allows me to focus in on a particular area and help alleviate the pain faster.
