Jennifer has a BS in Community Health Education from UNCW with a psychology minor. She is a health educator, a public health research analyst, a licensed massage therapist, and a Reiki Master. Health promotion and disease prevention have always been a passion of hers. She has studied integrative health, health psychology, and has studied the blending of Eastern and Western medicine in China with the International Scholar Laureate Program.



Jennifer’s background has given her a deep understanding of how the mind and body can work together to create optimal heath. Every massage she offers is a individualized healing experience, incorporating therapies such as Himalayan salt therapy, assisted stretching, bamboo, hot stones, Chinese Cupping Therapy, and aromatherapy She has also received medical massage training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She is a Reiki Master and Teacher and has studied under Reiki Masters at Duke Integrative Medicine and Udemy.



Since becoming licensed as a massage therapist, Jennifer has operated as Elements of Wellness, co-owned Hampstead Massage and Wellness, and was an integral part of the creation of The Health Institute of Hampstead, but feels that she has found her perfect fit at Jennifer Collins Massage. She can also be found either floating in or cleaning a tank at The Float Spa SF.



She is currently writing her first book.
