I have been doing massage for seven years and have been practicing in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley since 2013. I offer truly therapeutic massage for relaxation, wellness, healing, and integration. I incorporate many modalities of massage into individualized sessions. Though I specialize in deep tissue massage and connective tissue therapy, together we will address your primary and secondary concerns and goals using a blend of techniques tailored to your specific needs. Each massage is performed using 100% organic shea butter to allow for deep contact and good traction.

I offer hot stone therapy and aromatherapy with 60 and 90 minute massages for an additional charge.

Hot stone therapy is a luxurious and incredibly effective addition to a massage treatment. In addition to experiencing new levels of relaxation under the ever penetrating warmth of the smooth stones, your muscles will respond as dramatically as your nerves by softening, quieting, letting go. Following a period of warming a particular area of your body, we will explore the tissues with greater access and less resistance. The stones, in various shapes and sizes, also serve as tools in motion, gliding and edging into your softened tissue.

Aromatherapy is another luxurious and effective treatment that serves several functions. Your aromatherapy massage will be performed using 100% organic shea butter that has been warmed and blended with therapeutic grade essential oils chosen specifically for your treatment. As you inhale and begin to experience the indulgent aroma of the oils, the scent molecules travel quickly to the limbic system of the brain, which is responsible for controlling mood, hormone levels, and blood pressure. Within about the next hour, small compounds contained in the oils are absorbed through the skin. Entering the bloodstream, they are able to take on many beneficial roles. Some essential oils are physiologically relaxing. Some are stimulating - to the circulatory system, the immune system, the digestive system, the nervous system. They can work to bring balance to the skin. They can combat headaches. They can open up he respiratory system and help us really breathe. They can help bring focus to the nervous system and the mind.
