I'm certified to work with Special Populations in addition to cancer patients and survivors; have done extensive work with youth, Veterans, elderly, as well as a wide variety of people with physical disabilities and incredible abilities. I'm self-taught at playing Singing Bowls, leading guided meditation, reading tarot, and teaching breathing exercises, offering coping strategies for all sorts of trauma, pain, and discomfort. I enjoy spending time making people laugh, outdoors with the elements, dancing and moving my body with my friends and family to good tunes, cooking and baking, soaking up good vibes in my free time, and using my creativity to make new things.
