Lidia Nedeski completed the Massage and Bodywork Program and graduated from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage. She is a massage and bodywork therapist licensed in New Jersey. Lidia is passionate about helping people through massage therapy, including Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sports/Medical protocols, and soft tissue manipulation techniques including Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Passive Stretching, and Heat Therapy. Lidia has additional training in prenatal massage, assisting women with the transitions their bodies undergo during pregnancy. She also has training in Reflexology, a system of massage based on a theory of reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body.
