Helen is very intuitive and targeted all the areas that were giving me an issue. She applied just the right amount of pressure and utilized several different methods to help get the soreness out of my arm and the knots out of my shoulders where I carry my stress. She provided one of the best 90-minute neuromuscular massages I have ever had in my life. I'm very grateful for her professionalism and her expertise. Thank you, Helen!
